Returns Policy
AUSTRALIA AND REST OF THE WORLD
Full priced items can be returned for refund, if returned within 7 days of purchase, minus all shipping charges. The customer is responsible for all return postage costs.
If a discount code was used at checkout, a store credit will be issued for the purchase price.
We do not offer refunds for purchases made using Afterpay. The cost will be issued as a store credit.
Items purchased during sale promotions or listed as a sale item on our e-boutique are not eligible for return.
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene regulations. We will not make any exceptions, as this is to protect the health of our customers.
Tarnishing is not considered a fault as our jewellery must come into contact with chemicals for tarnishing to occur. Please see our care guide for more information.
Please note - it is the customer’s responsibility to return the item to us safely. We cannot be responsible for any lost items or any damage to the product through the postal service.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns.
