Full Returns Policy

We want you to love your Xanthea piece. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how our returns work.

Full-priced items are eligible for a refund if returned within 7 days of purchase, minus all shipping charges. All returns must be unworn, in saleable condition, and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs, and we recommend using tracked shipping as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items in transit.

If you used a discount code at checkout, your return will be issued as a store credit for the purchase price. Purchases made using Afterpay are not refundable and will also be issued as a store credit.

Items purchased during sale promotions or listed as sale items on our e-boutique are final sale and not eligible for return. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. No exceptions will be made.

As our duo and bundle sets are offered at exclusive value pricing, any returns on these items will be eligible for store credit only. Tarnishing is not considered a fault, as this occurs when jewellery comes into contact with chemicals. Please see our Care Guide for information on how to best care for your jewellery.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable returns.
