You can share your affiliate link anywhere—add it to your bio link, Instagram Stories, Linktree, TikTok captions, or YouTube descriptions. You’re also welcome to share it directly with friends and followers via DMs or email!
What kind of referral links can I create?
You can link to xanthea.com as a whole, or directly to specific products. To create a custom affiliate link for a particular item, simply log in to your dashboard here.
Can I offer my followers a custom discount code?
Yes, absolutely! Just email us to request a custom code.
Please note: your sales are tracked through your unique affiliate link—not by how often your code is used.
Are there requirements for the Ambassador Program?
There are no strict requirements — we just ask that you follow the best practices shared above.
If no sales are referred within 6 months of joining, we may remove your access to the program to make room for new ambassadors.
What happens after I apply?
Once your application is reviewed and approved (usually within 1–2 days), you’ll receive a welcome email with your unique affiliate link and all the details to get started. Sit tight – it’s worth the wait! 💌
Payment Information
When will I be paid?
Payouts are processed within the first 10 days of each calendar month for sales made in the previous month.
Please note: commissions are not paid on your own personal orders, on orders using the exclusive 72-hour ambassador-only discount code, or on any returned or cancelled orders.
How will I be paid?
All ambassador payouts are made via PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you’ll need to create one to receive your commission.
Alternatively, we can offer a xanthea.com gift card if PayPal isn’t an option for you.
Are ambassador payments made in AUD or USD?
All ambassador payouts are made in AUD (Australian Dollars), as Xanthea is an Australian-based brand.
I'm based in the U.S. — how does that affect my PayPal payout?
If you're located in the U.S. (or outside Australia), you’ll still receive your payout via PayPal in AUD. PayPal will automatically convert the amount to USD (or your local currency) based on their current exchange rate at the time of transfer.

Will I be paid the full AUD amount even if I’m overseas?
Yes — we send the full commission amount in AUD. Any conversion or processing fees deducted by PayPal are out of our control and are set by PayPal’s international fee structure.
Do I need to do anything special to receive international PayPal payments?
No special setup is required! Just make sure your PayPal account is active, verified, and able to receive international payments. If you're unsure, you can check your PayPal settings or reach out to PayPal support.
